Executive and human capital
Keneth Malatji the founder studied LLB with the University of South Africa from the year 2005 and completed his studies in 2009. In 2008 he participated in the UNISA Moot Court competition where he was nominated as the best oralist and won the highly recognized competition within the auspices of the Faculty of Law at the University of South Africa.
Keneth commenced his articles with a law firm called Boela Van der Merwe Attorneys in Primrose, Germiston until 2011. On the 11th of March 2011, Keneth Malatji was admitted as an attorney of the High Court. He is an active member of the Law Society of South Africa, membership number 31603. He continued to practice as an attorney for Boela Van der Merwe Attorneys until May 2016 and went on to establish KMA.
While at Boela van der Merwe attorneys, Keneth Malatji was also involved in mentoring and developing learners who were aspiring to be attorneys to courts through job shadowing purposes which resulted in most being admitted as attorneys, others advanced to studying law at accredited universities and others are serving articles with registered practices.
